I spoke to a friend of mine who, like many people dream of one day becoming rich. I sat and listened to his struggle to achieve his goal, it occurred to me that he was looking for a “Magic Pill”.

“I’m thinking about buying such and such’s program, I think that this might be THE thing for me” he said excitedly.

“Look”, I started, “This business is not going to be easy. It is a battle for everyone, and there isn’t one book, that will give you ALL the answers. You’ve got to study many different approaches and even when you start making money you will never be finished learning”.

He looked at me like I had three horns and a banjo growing out of my forehead.

“I think if there is one thing that I can do, I will just keep doing that. I think that’s good enough” he replied.

After about a half hour more of discussion, I decided that this battle was not worth fighting especially because I also know that experience is sometimes the only way to learn the lesson for yourself.

So what I’ll tell you and I believe that some of you will dismiss as nonsense, some will say “yeah but…” and the remaining portion of you will say, “hmm.. I never really thought of that. That makes sense.” - so for you, I’m targeting this message.

I understand some of you are very strapped for cash, and that you’re watching every penny that you put into your business. If you are in that situation, my first piece of advice is to stop before you start. You’re going to need SOME money to begin and I don’t want you thinking that you can do this without some investment. So if this is your situation, please keep reading my materials and download all the free things to get you started, BUT for you to start making real money you will have to invest in your business at the beginning and to some of you this will be a surprise – you will have to CONTINUE to invest.

When I talk about the neverending process, I mean it. I consider myself a student of business and I LOVE to learn. I’m always interested in learning a new technique or understanding how others view business. It never ceases to amaze me what you can learn by just keeping up with a few select marketers.
